Our goal is to provide quality inspection services in a timely manner. Last minutes cancellations impact inspector scheduls and wages. We recognize that "life happens" and schedules change. Therefore we ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made 48 hours in advance. This gives us ample time to try and fill the appointment slot with another client. For last minute cancellations we kindly request that you pay a $75 cancellation fee.
